The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls from clients/ customers- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer interactions- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure that all service requests are completed to customer satisfaction- Provide administrative support to the service department as neededSkills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Accurate note taking and computer skills - Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Experience in a security or telecommunications-related industry is a plusThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) of this position.
