The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and securing contracts in the Austin and San Antonio regions.

Responsibilities include: Direct and manage overall Business Development and Sales process which includes client and project pursuits, RFPs, proposals, key wins and losses, industry activities and other general BD/marketing/Sales responsibilities. Develop and maintain industry relationships to support opportunity growth Review public RFPs, identify opportunities, and track them in a CRM system Identify leads and opportunities and track them in a CRM system Write technical proposals that meet the requirements of RFPs Conduct industry presentations and facilitate online events (webinars, industry workshops) Qualifications 5-10 years of business development experience in engineering, construction, or construction technology Experience writing technical proposals Experience working with RFP systems Experience working with senior leadership and executive teams Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Experience in social marketing and ad campaign development and management
