Conduct assessments and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and cultural health. Design and deliver training programs on topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity. Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community. Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions. Champion a culture of respect, transparency, and collaboration across the organization. Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues. Supports making sure that the office space — with all its facilities — meets the employees’ needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred but not required. Proven experience (2 years) as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR. Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices. Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
