For example:Monitor and maintain all kitchen equipmentMaintain guestrooms using rooms preventive maintenance programChange air-conditioning filters per the maintenance programCheck HVAC equipment: change filters, belts, bearings and lubricate as necessary. Also check for unusual noise or vibration, and adjust as necessaryChange or repair locks as neededPerform general maintenance to guestrooms and public areasPerform guest requests as assignedAssist in all phases of repair workAssist other engineering personnel as instructed by the Chief EngineerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaMaintain the proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all tools.
