Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate Recruiter supports the full life cycle of recruitment and contributes innovative sourcing approaches to support growth efforts. This position provides valuable attention to recruitment efforts beyond the day-to-day recruitment responsibilities staying abreast of the latest trends and strategies in areas such as networking, referral, career sites and job boards, social media, and brand marketing and implementing appropriately.

This position cultivates behaviors of all Rally House team members to have an always recruiting mindset through leveraging internal communication methods and training communication. This position is responsible for Operations leadership recruitment and individualizing the recruitment marketing plan to each region and district staffing levels are met by working with Operations leaders, Talent Acquisition, and the Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
New Store Openings and Operations Staffing Support
- Understands individual market of each new store and proactively plans and supports recruitment strategy execution for each
- Partners with leaders within the new store market to support execution recruitment efforts to ensure a staffed store
- Communicates with necessary departments to ensure successful recruitment marketing strategy and messaging are implemented

Additional Recruitment Support
- Supports full life cycle recruitment of positions and markets assigned
- Proactively addresses engagement and responsibilities of hiring managers to fill open positions
- Cultivates relationships with field leadership in assigned markets to understand hiring needs and to address recruitment challenges
- Seeks to understand and then educates internal customers on interviewing techniques and recruiting best practices
- Supports corporate recruitment assignments as needed, primarily in areas of sourcing and promotion strategies for hard to fill positions

Recruitment Marketing/Branding
- Establishes and ensures continuity of employee brand message throughout the organization that clearly resonates with Rally House team members
- Partners with departments for resources, and ensure alignment of recruitment branding message and implementation of strategic recruitment marketing
- Develops and implements tools and resources to drive recruitment behaviors among all Rally House team members
- Integrates the employee brand message through media outlets and career pages to convey a clear and appealing environment of Rally House to attract candidates
- Seeks out areas in which recruitment improvements and efforts can be enhanced and leveraged and takes action
- Provides tools and resources for sourcing platforms, social channels, and events that leaders can easily implement
- Identifies and shares creative employment marketing trends to promote job openings through social media and online outlets to best attract qualified candidates

Skills and Knowledge
Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook., Strong networking, recruiting, training, visual merchandising and operational skills.

Qualifications

At least one year of full life cycle recruiting experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred; Preferred experience in retail recruitment and agency recruitment; Maintains a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices regarding talent attraction and the candidate experience and keeps the department up-to-date on trends; Well versed in social strategies, tools and resources; Ability to research and network to identify latest employment marketing trends; Competent in Applicant Tracking System; Well versed with multiple social media platforms and stays abreast to latest trends; Competent in Candidate Management System (CMS); Highly competent in verbal and written communication
