Professional Services Client Partner

As a Professional Services Client Partner, you will act as a liaison between clients and professional services, growing the client relationship by identifying business opportunities and working with the delivery team to execute contracts within established terms and conditions. You will be responsible for identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks. We are seeking applicants with strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What you will be doing:
Assist with coordination of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation.
May contribute to strategic planning and large-scale operational deployment.
Analyze the profitability the risk potential for each engagement and recommend the solution that will satisfy the client while maximizing the profitability and reducing the overall project risk.
Address escalations regarding professional services and implementation issues.
Participate in Project Kickoff, Planning, and Steering Team meetings at customer sites or remotely.
Participate in pre-sales presentations, services planning, proposal response, proposal preparation and work planning development.
Lead and oversee approval for scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of consulting projects.
Provide support to team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve successful delivery of projects, on-time, and on-budget.
What you will likely bring:
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
Ability to present in sales meetings, face to face, or remotely.
Effectively communicate with customers, field consultants, executives, and co-workers.
Strong organizational, project sponsorship and time management skills.
Ability to manage P&L at a high level for a multi-state region while ensuring primacy at the detail level on projects where needed.
Analyze customer problems and make recommendations for improvement.
May work at client site from time to time.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Range:
Minimum: $80,000.00 USD Maximum: $180,000.00 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
