ILS Operations Coordinator

ETC USA is currently seeking a highly-motivated individual to work as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Operations Coordinator with our Integrated Logistics Support Manager in our offices located in Southampton, PA.

This individual will be working with the ILS Manager on the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of international projects on time and on budget, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Your duties will be to:

  • Market the company's services to potential customers and solicit business.
  • Plan and implement projects to meet contract requirements.
  • Create schedule and project timeline using Mocrosoft Project or similar program.
  • Manage project budgets, identify project resources and track deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting successes and trouble spots.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Customer reporting and management of an international team of field services.
  • Help establish support departments strategic goals and initiatives annually.
The successful applicant will have:
  • Minimum five (5) years as a project manager, manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills required.
  • Able to work with others to produce results in a professional, productive, cooperative environment.
  • Ability to participate in a creative professional exchange of ideas with peers and management.
  • PMP or other certification desired but not necessary.
