Volt is currently seeking a highly skilled Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Southampton, NY.
Job SummaryThe Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing showroom operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming showroom calls and schedule appointments
- Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book, and customer job folders
- Work within Word, Outlook-email, and calendar, and Teams
- Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom
- High school degree required
- Experience in sales and customer service
