Job Summary: We are seeking an Early Career Development Coordinator to assist in the daily intake of new clients and manage ABA insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have related experience and/or education in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology, and possess a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and provide accurate and timely flows of data, insurance benefits information, and communication among families and staff.
  • Contact insurance providers to review client data and information, visit information, and co-payment information.
  • Collaborate with ABA team members regarding authorized services and required documents.
  • Correspond with billing to ensure all insurance inquiries are logged and provided for billing purposes.
  • Call upon insurance providers and/or state level professionals when questions arise, submit claims and appeals as needed.

Requirements:
  • Related experience and/or education in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology.
  • Entry-level to experienced professionals implementing Applied Behavior Analysis and/or experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Driver's license.
  • Pass Federal and State background checks.
