Job Description: Kidology Inc. is hiring a highly skilled Front Desk Manager Are you a motivated and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and reception area.
• Managing patient scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Supervising front desk staff and providing training and support.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and patient care.
• Handling patient inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
• Eligibility and insurance verification
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments, provide all necessary information
• Completing client intake information and reviewing insurance documents
• Maintaining quality control standards and documenting insurance visits
• Organizing and logging all insurance patients, insurance cards, intake documentation
• Collect co-payments accurately and efficiently
• Participating in planning and strategic initiative development
• Assisting with company events and outings
Requirements: Strong multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of medical insurancesRussian speaking a plus

•Work Hours:
o Monday: 08:30 am - 04:30 pm
o Tuesday: 10:30 am - 06:30 pm
o Wednesday: 10:30 am - 06:30 pm
o Thursday: 08:30 am - 04:30 pm
o Friday: 09:30 am - 05:30 pm (Summer hours will be different)
