Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Southeast Concrete team in Auburn, AL. The Site Supervisor reports directly to the RMC Area Manager. **What you’ll get to do** + Ensure effective, efficient and financially responsible operation of concrete production plant + Supervise site employees + Lead safety & health for your site and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance + Schedule customer orders and address the needs of the customer + Coach and train site personnel on safety, customer service and plant operations + Maintain accurate cement/materials and fuel inventories + Dispatch independent haul trucks to maximize routes + Troubleshoot and address any plant issues that may arise + Maintain daily/monthly reporting requirements **Essential Experience and Skills** + At least 3 years of ready mix concrete plant production or in construction materials or a closely related industry + Proven strong customer service and communication skills + Motivation and ability to embrace all the aspects of the job such as accountability for the people, assets, and performance of the site; work fluctuating hours; and personally, doing manual labor such as repairing equipment, shoveling, and lifting **Work Environment** + Role operates in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions **What we have to offer** + Competitive base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan + Highly competitive benefits programs + 401k retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions **Employer Statement:** Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
