Great Big Smiles Orthodontics is always looking for talent as a full-time Orthodontic Office Treatment Coordinator to join our team in the Scottsdale, AZ area and promote practice growth while helping create an office atmosphere that is positive and welcoming. This full-time position earns a competitive wage, depending on experience, with possible additional bonuses. Each of these is negotiable and depends on experience and success. Bonuses can change at any time and are available after 90 days of starting employment with us.

DAY-TO-DAY

The office is open Monday - Friday, rotating between locations. Individual schedule may vary.

Our Orthodontic Office Treatment Coordinator is essential to the growth and success of our practice as you help create a positive dental experience that is comfortable and welcoming Your daily tasks involve providing exceptional customer service, presenting and explaining treatment plans, and answering any questions that may arise. You maintain open lines of communication by promptly taking phone calls, responding to text messages, and sending emails promptly. When handling patient financials, you openly discuss and create effective payment plans and contracts. You also maintain clear and accurate communication with the patient's other dental providers and medical doctors.

On top of keeping our patient and office operations running smoothly, you enjoy leading the charge for our team as you conduct morning and evening huddles to motivate others, and you work hard to foster positive working relationships with coworkers and patients to ensure trusting relationships. Additionally, you maintain organized and accurate records and take care of administrative tasks including running reports and following up with patients or other health professionals to keep our office on track. You also travel to other offices to build relationships and market our treatments. Ultimately, we rely on you to help keep our office running smoothly, our patients happy, and our team functioning as one
