ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter (Temp) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team.

The Senior Corporate Recruiter is tasked with identifying and hiring top quality talent to join our TKWW team. They will partner with hiring managers to create comprehensive interview plans and meet aggressive hiring goals across The Knot Worldwide's non-technical teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, & Accounting). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to The Knot Worldwide's success while fostering an exceptional workplace culture.

Note: This position is full-time and temporary, with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2024, and potential for full-time transition afterwards based on business needs. While preference is for candidates located in the greater Washington, DC area, we're open to considering candidates from New York City, Omaha, NE, Austin, TX, or remote locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, spanning from entry-level to leadership positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand departmental needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Employ a variety of active and passive sourcing methods to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations through phone interviews and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Foster positive candidate experiences by maintaining transparent communication and offering support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment with interview plans and timely feedback delivery to stakeholders.
  • Generate comprehensive pipeline reports to inform hiring strategies and monitor recruitment metrics.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and ensure postings are optimized for maximum visibility.
  • Facilitate intake and debrief meetings with hiring teams to align expectations and gather feedback.
  • Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hit quarterly Senior Corporate Recruiter goals including number of hires, offer acceptance rates, and time to fill.
  • Lead hiring manager interview trainings.
  • Partner with and provide updates to People Business Partners, our Compensation team, and Finance around open requisitions and recruiting updates.
SUCCESSFUL SENIOR CORPORATE RECRUITER CANDIDATES HAVE:
  • A Bachelor's degree OR sufficient relevant work experience.
  • 4-5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, or Accounting roles
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality and presence.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Self-directed mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant technical tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM Systems.
  • The flexibility and eagerness to do whatever is required - sometimes your responsibilities may shift depending upon the current needs
IT'S A BONUS IF:
  • Experience with Oracle ATS.
  • Previous exposure to the Technology, Media, or eCommerce industries.
