This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in creating connections, building rapport with decision-makers, and exceeding quotas. You will provide product demonstrations to high level clients on Business Management Solutions. Responsibilities Consistently achieve or surpass monthly revenue quotasRun web-based product demonstrations to potential customers via screen sharePartner with potential customers to understand the challenges they are trying to solve and present how Service Autopilot can solve those problemsConduct outbound sales efforts, including prospecting potential clients, cold calling, email campaigns, and networkingForecast revenue in weekly pipeline reviewsFollow and document Sales ProcessesUse Salesforce per outlined processes for all activity and interactionsBecome an expert on the Service Autopilot product and the field services industrySupplement existing pipeline with additional self-generating effortsThis position will have a hybrid work schedule after completing training in our Buckhead office location.This position has a base salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.This position is eligible for a commission plan.QualificationsExperience working in an Account Executive role with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota (will ask for proof)Experience selling software via web/phoneAbility to provide tangible examples of learning new products quicklyExperience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)Willingness to support teammates: both within the Sales team and other departmentsAdept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, Sales Management, etc.) to close dealsHigh level of empathy for potential customers, current customers, and coworkersAn honest and genuine approach to helping potential customersAbility to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevityA tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performerA willingness to perform Outbound in addition to Inbound Sales - including cold calling and email campaignsWillingness to be coached (weekly Team Trainings)At Xplor, we believe that the best innovation and ideas happen at the intersection of differences - people of different cultures, generations, disciplines, and lived experiences.
