Preferred Mobile Wound Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our South Atlanta Metro Area team in the Coweta/Fayette/Henry County region. You will be responsible for developing new area partnerships and maintaining and growing relationships with existing partners. Responsibilities:
  • Identify high value prospective partners and create and execute a plan to target

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as hospitals, home-health agencies, physician offices, and nursing homes

  • Assist with onboarding new partners, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

  • Conduct presentations to educate industry audiences on the benefits of our services and identify patient care opportunities

  • Coordinate with operational staff to ensure a smooth referral process and great customer experience

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements relevant to the home-base care industry.

  • Assist and support all activities related to the growth and development of our existing partners

     

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Account Executive experience is preferred but Account Management is also valuable. Preference for experience in Home Health Care or Mobile Wound Care.

  • Solid existing book of business in the target market

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partner expectations and driving growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of home health regulations, reimbursement policies, and industry best practices is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
