Job Description:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and handling various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and accurately input orders into the system.
- Collaborate with drivers, sales teams, warehouse staff, and production teams to facilitate business operations.
- Print and process orders for the warehouse team.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and timelines.
- Perform a mix of tasks with approximately 25% phone communication and 75% administrative duties.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office setting.
- Contract to hire position
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
