Participate in task force meetings with the designer and bring constructability to the project solution. Developing the logic behind the project schedule (sequencing works) Communicate and present detail to executive management, permitting agencies, stakeholders, owners, etc. Analyze drawings and specifications to evaluate risks and opportunities. Reviewing and assisting with proposals and working with the estimating team for various components of the work to evaluate the best value for money/options. Support the selection of key subcontractors and trade partners. Demonstrate excellent collaborative behaviors in a multi-stakeholder environment and foster a culture of innovation. Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, or other engineering disciplines. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or construction-related technology, OR. Ability to generate conceptual estimates for the Advance Technology Facilities market Ability to lead estimates and multiple teams. Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. Strong attention to detail; strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills.
