Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute production processes as per schedule while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enhance customer and client interactions, focusing on overall satisfaction as measured through feedback.
  • Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation to support the services rendered.
  • Manage labor resources and consumable supplies effectively on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project status and challenges.
Additional Duties
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations to ensure job safety.
  • Safeguard company assets by utilizing equipment and materials responsibly.
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Proficient in repetitive physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
  • Comfortable working with various cleaning agents.
