Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational objectives, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Track project progress and site activities, evaluating team processes to uphold consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Assist in monitoring project schedules and budgets, collaborating with senior management to keep them updated.
  • Ensure job site safety by adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Review technical drawings and submissions for compliance with project specifications, and facilitate pre-installation meetings.
  • Verify and document the accuracy of all materials used in the project.
  • Act as a point of contact between various trades requiring essential services to complete their tasks.
  • Support the planning of work phases related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems.
  • Evaluate costs associated with requests for information (RFIs) and change orders related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
  • Assist in reviewing RFIs from contractors to ensure completeness and maintain as-built documentation throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with trades to test, troubleshoot, and initiate any specialized systems.
  • Review testing and balancing reports for thoroughness and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily electrical projects.
  • Experience with ground-up construction is essential.
  • Prior involvement in central utility plant construction is required.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as ProCore.
  • OSHA certification is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the organization.
