Key Results Area Design and develop live and asynchronous training covering essential topics to provide employees with the skills needed. Develop online learning platforms and content. Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, guides, and multimedia resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and feedback on training needs to ensure the deliverables meet standards and objectives. Incorporate interactive and experiential learning techniques to engage employees and enhance their learning experience. Design assessment tools and surveys to measure employee comprehension. Gather feedback on training effectiveness and relevance. Convey complex information in a clear, concise, and accessible manner. Follow continual quality improvement processes to assess training and improve delivery. Stay up to date with best practices and trends in the Oil and Gas industry and its relevant content areas. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field. Minimum of three (3) years in the Training and Development field, with at least two (2) years specifically working in the Oil and Gas field. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner one-on-one or in a classroom or team environment. Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving project requirements. Strong time management skills. Capable of working independently as well as part of a virtual team. Exceptional critical thinking, planning, and organizing skills.
