Job Description The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the deployment of all operational marketing tactics that put us at the top of the wheel/tire/suspension/accessories in the market. This includes working with customer service, marketing, digital advertising, email automation, and procurement individuals to grow the Division into the biggest brand in the industry. This will be done by ensuring the team is using key management toolkits, developing campaign outlines, and reviewing standard work and checklists to create the highest level of quality content on time. This content will then be distributed through all major social media channels to drive a sales focused ‘call to action’ while keeping our customers highly engaged with us. This leader will also coach and help the team on a daily basis with problem solving, tracking their progress with daily metrics, and constantly progressing their skill set. Job Duties Lead team through daily/weekly productions schedules. Focused on sales performance, gallery adds, community growth, charitable giveback, key content drivers, and social media metrics, etc. Monitor sales and other key driver metrics and react with performance, problems and solutions when metrics are not being hit. Monitor team efficiencies/progress through weekly efficiencies and sales metrics. Utilize the team in achieving targets related to sales performance, gallery adds, community growth, charitable giveback, key content drivers, and social media metrics, using campaign outlines that are aligned with divisional strategies. Coordinate the top campaigns to grow sales. Lead growth and development of various giveaway promotions for Division. Lead the growth and development of Division Ambassador Program. Work with the Marketing Director as a team member on the implementation of monthly marketing outlines to ensure we meet our divisional strategies. Work with marketing managers to establish new relationships with wheel, tire and suspension companies to gather marketing and promotional materials. Coordinate inbound/outbound products for filming and photography as needed. Reach out to others in the industry for new products/opportunities.
