This position will have an in-office requirement of 2x a week in our Jersey City location. Utilize and refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes through comprehensive research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Messaging & Positioning:

Adapt and enhance content assets to effectively differentiate our solutions in the market. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels. Campaign Leadership:

Support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights. Oversee the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time. Event Strategy:

Assist in the development of event strategies, including education and content plans for both company-hosted events and tradeshows. Collaborate closely with integrated marketing leadership and the experiential team to maximize the impact of our presence at events. Marketing Analytics:

Assist in leading the establishment of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluating post-activity outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles. In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels. Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting compelling marketing materials. Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of marketing analytics/metrics, with a track record of leveraging data in decision-making.
