The Fun Stuff You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Content Development: Create and manage high-quality content for email campaigns, social media platforms, digital articles, websites, and print materials.
  • Audience Engagement: Craft compelling messages tailored to our target audience to drive engagement and conversion across all channels.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, leveraging each medium's strengths.
  • Event Support and Marketing: Build and implement event-specific promotional strategies that leave onlookers feeling inspired.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to optimize and refine content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the communications, education, and membership teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy, budgets, billing, and promotion schedules that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence.

 

What We Need

 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content development or digital marketing
  • Wordsmith: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair
  • Versatility: Ability to produce engaging content for various platforms, including email, social media, blogs, websites, and print. Bonus points if you can use ChatGPT and/or Adobe Creative Suite/Canva effectively and efficiently.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools, including Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, and Google Analytics, to measure content performance and inform the decision-making process.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Innovation: A proactive approach to identifying new content opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
