Position Summary

Proximo means “next” in Spanish and Proximo’s whiskey portfolio will be the next to breakthrough in the marketplace, with a killer portfolio of authentic historic brands and fresh, modern, and innovative whiskeys. Our new Marketing Coordinator will lead projects that support brand plan goals and program execution, with an opportunity to grow and develop into a key contributor across brands.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Brand Manager’s BTL program development and execution, working with Sales and Trade Marketing to execute brand goals by managing key components of the POS process and integrating marketing activities across media and marketing channels
  • Support key brand partnerships (Celtics, PGA, The Walking Dead) by leading or supporting execution of commercial and consumer programs
  • Support social, digital and experiential strategy by owning key project components
  • Support brand’s Interagency Team with assets, creative feedback, and coordination/integration of activities across marketing channels
  • Coordinate product for events, sponsorships, and brand programs
  • Lead development and execution of VAPs and local merchandising programs
  • Lead budget management and invoice processing
  • Respond to Consumer/Agency inquires
  • General admin assistance

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent computer skills (MS office, SAP)
  • 2 plus years relevant experience in the consumer goods industry preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Interest in fast-moving culture and desire to advance career



The salary range for this role is a base salary of $69,700 to $92,900, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
