Overview:

The Marketing Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in the formulation, development, and execution of marketing strategies for Golden West Services Inc. The Marketing Integration Specialist collaborates closely with the Marketing & Communications team to achieve both departmental and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of brand standards and goals.
  • Create detailed marketing strategies for both consumer and business markets utilizing mass marketing and personalized marketing techniques.
  • Execute marketing strategies across diverse platforms, including digital channels, social media, content marketing, email outreach, traditional media, and community engagement events.
  • Work in partnership with team members to produce high-quality content such as blog articles, social media posts, email communications, videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources to achieve product and company objectives.
  • Remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in marketing.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure all marketing activities are consistent and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand style guidelines.
  • Stay updated on new developments in the marketing field and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively by monitoring expenses and forecasting costs.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events and projects led by the Marketing and Communication Department, as directed.
Additional Duties:
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Must be able to work on-site at designated locations.
  • Travel to other company locations may be required to fulfill job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
  • Expertise in general and integrated marketing practices across various communication channels.
  • Understanding of the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong writing capabilities and storytelling skills, including familiarity with the Storybrand messaging framework.
  • Creative proficiency in the technical aspects of marketing, including execution and development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects accurately within established deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and business partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of marketing experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Certifications:

Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record to be insurable under the company's insurance policy.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to read from a computer screen and various reports.

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate effectively with colleagues and business contacts.

Must be able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, lift, pull, push, and use hands for writing and typing.

Work Environment:

Good working conditions with a climate-controlled environment, adequate lighting, and a generally quiet atmosphere.
