POSITION SUMMARY This position will work primarily with contractors to track production, verify invoicing, coordination and scheduling of contractors, kickoff meetings, and inspections; track customer concerns, and perform related data entry. REPORTS TO Senior Fiber Operations Manager SUPERVISES May lead, train, or participate in work team assignments ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Coordinate residential and/or SMB orders from post-sale to post-activation. Call to coordinate scheduling of work with customer. Notify any permitting authorities of the work planned (if required). Use 811 to request locates for orders. Verify that Joink’s systems are kept updated with details from each phase of work as well as a correct overall status and achievable target completion date. Follow up with customer after each step with status updates. Close out any bonds or permits entered for the order with internal team members. Track, enter, and maintain accurate contractor footages then verify invoicing. Coordinate kickoff meetings with contractors. Coordinate with and schedule the inspection team. Assist in taking calls on complaints, using internal tools to track customer concerns. Review construction drawings and as-builts. Negotiate and source contractor agreements, ensuring appropriate certificates of insurance and signed contracts are obtained and filed. Verify valid permits prior to releasing to contractor. Work with in-house team members to have knowledge of install requirements. Use computer system to plan, research, and execute the coordination of contractors. Maintain calendars/spreadsheets with the appropriate schedule dates for necessary contract crews. Print and distribute plans as needed. Data entry as needed for contractor crews. Scan as-built drawings as returned from contractors. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to maintain a professional demeanor Ability to evaluate situations and adjust to changing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office software QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years’ experience in coordinating projects or schedules or equivalent education Candidate must be willing to reside near or commute to a Joink office (Currently within Illinois: Taylorville, Hillsboro; Indiana: Terre Haute) Candidates which have the following will have priority:

Bachelor’s degree in related field Experience reading maps/distances/aerial images
