CNC Machining Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist with experience in Second Shift operations, offering an additional $1.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5 axis machinery utilizing Autodesk Fusion or Mastercam
  • Manufacturing high-quality components in accordance with production and quality standards
  • Establishing cutting parameters tailored to various materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and titanium
  • Designing and programming tooling for machining operations
  • Creating setup sheets in alignment with shop practices
  • Modifying programs in response to engineering or production adjustments
  • Providing assistance in resolving CNC programming and production challenges
  • Carrying out other relevant tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation, with a preference for 4 and 5 axis
  • At least 3 years of dedicated CNC programming experience for 4 and 5 axis machines using Catia V5 and/or Mastercam X4 or later
  • Familiarity with G Code, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and inspection tools
  • Competence in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
