Job Title: Training Specialist

Job Description

The Training Specialist collaborates and consults with various departments to assess training needs and designs or develops programs aligned with manufacturing goals and strategic objectives. This role involves implementing and potentially facilitating technical, operational, and specialty training events and programs. Responsibilities include assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, recommending and organizing training content, administrating training software, liaising with external training resources, managing training grants, overseeing regulatory training, evaluating program effectiveness, and maintaining training equipment and logistics.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Work Environment

Standard shift is Monday - Thursday 7 AM - 5 PM, with necessary adjustments on training days to accommodate a second shift starting at 4 PM.
