What Success Looks Like:
  • Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate and implement HR strategies.
  • Interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions and coordinates and conducts new hire orientation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work with leaders to maintain time and attendance, discipline, and personnel records.
  • Respond timely to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and present data results to relevant managers and advise on changes and/or improvements.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment.
  • Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Work to support the adherence to safety programs.
Your Credentials:
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • PHR certification preferred.
  • 15% Travel


The salary range for this position is $56,019 to $84,020 w/ bonus potential.
