This position is responsible for assisting the Anesthesiologist in all departments and with all anesthesia procedures, including expediting patient flow through the perioperative area, maintaining patient safety, developing and maintaining external (patient, surgeon) and internal (Anesthesiologist, staff) customer satisfaction. Responsible for set up, operation and some maintenance of specialized equipment, including life support.

Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training and Secondary education in a medical or science based discipline.
- Within 90 days of hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Coursework/Training and Graduate of an accredited program i.e. EMT, Paramedic, RT, or Anesthesia Technology (AT) program.
- Upon hire: ACLS Provider - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: PALS Provider - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Anesthesia Technician certification (ASATT)
- 1 year of experience working in a similar capacity in an Anesthesia Department in a tertiary healthcare facility.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
