Anesthesia Technician

About the Role:
The Anesthesia Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Anesthesia providers in delivering quality care to patients undergoing outpatient surgery and/or Anesthesia Interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked workroom.
- Maintains clean, functional anesthesia equipment.
- Provides assistance with patient care during procedures.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
- Provides patient care in a safe, comfortable, and private environment.
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for practice, continued growth, and self-evaluation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Completion of an Anesthesia Technician training program or equivalent Hospital or Military training.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years of recent continuous experience as an anesthesia tech or equivalent military experience in anesthesia.
- National Certified Anesthesia Technician credential or the ability to obtain in one (1) year from hire date.
