We primarily service personal injury law firms. Successful candidates will be able to resolve customer issues and handle complaints and inquiries, while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. We strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction by basing our decisions and performance on what our clients need. We service a diverse clientele, so the ability to speak Spanish is required.Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.This is an in office position.Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer.
