As a Customer Service Representative in our call center, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency, and utilizing state-of-the-art call center technology. You'll be responsible for greeting callers warmly, actively listening to their concerns, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. You'll also need to be able to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and composure, always striving to maintain a positive and helpful tone. Accurate data entry skills are critical for success in our business. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
**We're seeking candidates who are skilled communicators, both verbally and in writing, and have a positive attitude. They should be proficient in English, comfortable working in a Windows environment, and able to type at least 35 words per minute. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Training will last approximately one week, during which you will learn about our company, products, and services, as well as our customer service policies and procedures. In the second week, you will transition to your assigned schedule and begin handling calls.
