Brand Marketing Specialist

As a Brand Specialist, you will execute marketing campaigns to create a strong brand presence. You will be an integral member of our marketing team, focusing on execution of brand initiatives, overseeing sampling and marketing efforts, driving trial, supporting sales and building brand love. The perfect candidate is ready to jump in by taking ownership over projects and driving them to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand initiatives and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful activations and campaigns.
  • Assist product development teams in support of new product launches.
  • Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation and PR.
  • Drive consistency of brand experience across all consumer-facing touchpoints. Ensure that however a consumer interacts with the brand, whether through our packaging, website, social media, experiential marketing or retail environments, they experience consistency across all platforms.
  • Respond to Inbound consumer questions, comments and complaints, as necessary.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to deploy creative assets, media plans, promotional materials, to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers and retail partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in brand management and marketing.
  • Assist with food shows, trade shows, and off-site events.
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to travel 25%
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the CPG food industry.
  • Scrappy team player, with a willingness to do what needs to be done.
  • Experience operating within an assigned budget
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand position and strategy to diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or small company environment is a plus.
