Responsibilities

  • Handle back-to-back inbound calls
  • Assisting members with membership eligibility, benefits clarification, Medicare, claims, plan options, payment and billing inquiries.
  • Promote and ensure exceptional customer service, aligning with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service.
  • Implements appropriate actions to resolve complaints and coordinate service recovery.
  • Access multiple computer systems, provide sound problem-solving resolution, demonstrate stellar customer service skills and utilize excellent writing skills.
