What You Will Get To Do:
  • Answer shareholder and Broker/Dealer calls and respond to inquiries related to general account information, fund performance, fund portfolio holdings, cost basis, etc.
  • Review new account documentation and establish accounts as needed
  • Review and respond to requests from clients, intermediaries and shareholders
  • Communicate complex financial information in tangible, simple terms
  • Analyze and complete trades, maintenances, statement requests and written inquiries
  • Correspond with and contact Dealers and Investors as needed
  • Research and callout to Broker/Dealers in regards to NSCC trading
  • Perform callout campaigns for Clients
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferred
  • Must have previous customer service or call center experience and be able to multi task
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be willing to work on site 6 days/month
  • Hours are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Initial training will be one month on site 5 days/week from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Colorado: Salary range for the position: $19.00 USD/hour to $26.00 USD/hour.
