BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING

Your new role:

•To lead a team and take full responsibility for the successful management of one or more client accounts to include both MSP and RPO
•Travel to various client sites as needed - monthly, quarterly, annually
•To achieve budget and growth on the client account by maximizing fees and recognizing opportunities
•Establish and develop key client relationships in line with the client's contract plan by meeting with Key stakeholders on a regular basis
•Work with Client Managers to maintain an effective partnership with the client and continually develop & sustain account initiatives including:
o Driving Continuous Improvement Plan - BAU
o Tracking KPI/SLAs
o Managing cost savings initiatives
o Management of program deliverables as outlined in MSA

*There is travel required for this role

What you will have:
  • Achievement focused, organized, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.
  • Solid 5-7+ years of working with an MSP account as well as VMS exposure
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant and takes initiative.
  • Good communicator; able to overcome obstacles, team player.
  • Desire for personal development and professional growth.
  • Ensure the service we provide to key clients and candidates is effective, efficient, professional and consistent
  • Provide specialist expert advice, support and recommendations to key stakeholders on specific market conditions including competitor activity, skills availability, demographics, and salary surveys

  • We offer base compensation of $110K-$125K, (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid/flexible schedule.
