Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Director Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for leading and managing the health and wellness of residents in our community.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic leadership for resident care, overseeing nursing teams and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Clinically manages the health and wellness of residents, providing direct care and delegating tasks to appropriate staff members.
- Collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans, evaluating resident outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensures quality assurance and regulatory compliance, tracking trends and reporting data to identify risks.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two years RN experience, preferably in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments.
- One year of nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
