Your Impact Data Analysis: lead data analysis across multiple reports and systems through advancedanalytics techniques related to digital sales, customer behavior, website traffic & conversion. Interpret findings to identify trends, opportunities and actions. Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights that inform digital commerce and marketing strategies and ecommerce business decisions through dynamicdashboards, visualizations and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are leveraged in decision making process. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance of key business metrics. Identifyand recommend strategies to optimize performance. Market Research: Contribute to competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customerpreferences. Team Leadership: Lead US direct report and partner closely with team members in Bangalore, India. Foster culture of collaboration and innovation Analytics tool enablement: Enable and operationalize stakeholders to use analytics tools, helping them understand how we use data, analytics tools, and go-to dashboards and reports Success in this role will include strengths outside of data analysis. We are looking for a candidate who can: Foster strong cross-functional relationships Build trust with leaders and partners Present data, insights, and recommendations clearly across levels of the organization Contribute to data transformation to make VS&Co smarter This role is can be remote within the US and will work mostly in Eastern time zone. Current expectation is to travel to Columbus, Ohio office once a quarter. To accommodate strong
