Project Focus
This initiative centers on the virtual segmentation of inventory for various applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess business requirements and refine application designs to ensure they align with organizational needs.
- Facilitate review sessions with user groups and cross-functional technical teams.
- Ensure functional designs are in harmony with technical specifications, collaborating closely with the development team to support solution implementation.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring deliverables are achieved, agendas are set, objectives are clear, and meetings are conducted efficiently.
- Manage project communications, providing regular updates on all project aspects in collaboration with the project manager when necessary.
Technical Contributions
- Offer insights on the feasibility of technological solutions and identify areas for enhancement to meet business objectives.
- Develop test scenarios for TUT/FIT/UAT phases of projects and enhancements, working with the Testing Center of Excellence to align test scenarios with functional requirements and designs.
Required Skills
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Applications Programming.
- Proficient in Business Process Facilitation and Documentation.
- Experience in Solution Design and Documentation.
- Knowledge of IT Testing, including Functional Integration Testing and Functional Unit Testing.
- Experience in End-to-End Implementation Support and User Testing.
- Familiarity with End-to-End Integration Testing.
- Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Retail Merchandising Planning.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Background in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Deployment/Allocation.
