Salary: $85k-$125k (DOE) with a generous tiered bonus and commission commensurate with sales potential ($200k+).

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy prioritizing growth and positive client retention.

Participate in collaborative business meetings with key stakeholders.

Implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships.

Conduct high-level research to develop and deliver effective sales solutions.

Excel at networking and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor sales progress to ensure corporate goals are met.

Train and improve the skills of sales professionals.

Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients through meetings, conferences, etc.

Support corporate events as requested.

Other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with a degree or concentration in business, marketing, or communications preferred.

3-5 years of media agency sales experience preferred.

Exceptional time management skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Proven track record in customer service and sales.

Excellent research and analytical skills.

Experience in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

High degree of professionalism.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

Experience working with diverse populations and cultural curiosity.

Flexibility with travel as needed.
