Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive sales and revenue growth. Analyze product performance and work cross functionally with the inventory planning and buying team to forecast and purchase inventory. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, SMS, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions. Build out loyalty program to improve customer retention and acquisition, as well as generate UGC + reviews. Lead paid acquisition strategy with agency partner for omni-channel paid social efforts. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and promotions that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the product and technology teams to enhance the user experience and optimize conversion rates. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Work strategically with Web Development and UI Team. Tactical Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, and inventory management. Create and test landing pages and sign up units relevant to specific cohorts. Build processes to scale organization with internal and external teams. Leverage the power of AI. Ensure website merchandising is kept up to date with new product launches. Provide vendor proposals to CEO for approval on expanding or adapting existing tech stack - negotiations and management. Lead A/B content testing on PDP and collection pages. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field. Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through e-commerce channels. Experience of managing budget of minimum 500k relevant to multi-channel acquisition efforts (*note will work with agency partners). Strong eye for copy and content - ability to identify top-performing content and inform a content/creative strategy with said understanding. Experience managing and growing Shopify integrations such as Back in Stock, Rebuy, Smile.io, Justuno, Tapcart, Blot, Retention.io. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Plus. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. 5+ Years of experience in GA and using Third Party Attribution Tools. Passion for e-commerce and digital/tech innovation.
