  • Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve the online shopping experience for customers.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director by pulling reports to analyze sell-through rates, optimizing the customer shopping experience, and providing relevant analytics to enhance the department's overall effectiveness and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably within the apparel industry
  • 3+ years of hands on supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
