Join Our Dynamic Men's Jewelry Brand as an E-Commerce Assistant

We're a rapidly growing men's jewelry brand based in Chatsworth, CA, and we're on the lookout for a talented, self-motivated E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. With incredible growth potential within our company, this role is perfect for someone passionate, organized, and versatile.

As our E-Commerce Assistant, you'll wear many hats, giving you the chance to learn and grow across various facets of our business. You'll manage our social media presence, plan and organize photoshoots, and build relationships with influencers—all while working closely with our CEO. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content daily on Instagram and TikTok
  • Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and contribute to our content strategy
  • Assist with product launches and develop content calendars

Content Creation and Photoshoots:

  • Plan and organize photoshoots for social media and marketing
  • Collaborate with photographers, influencers, and other creatives
  • Ensure a steady flow of fresh, on-brand content

Influencer Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Respond to influencer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Identify and partner with new influencers to boost brand awareness

Administrative and Customer Support:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders using ShipStation
  • Organize merchandise and handle packing and shipping as needed
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies
  • Provide excellent customer support via email

Shopify Administration:

  • Update product listings, images, and descriptions on our Shopify website
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and product availability

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Shopify and in an e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a knack for generating engaging content
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina for lifting and moving packages in the warehouse
  • Experience with Facebook/Google ads is a BIG PLUS
