The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of B2B marketing department, BPO and Contact Center clients including marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, content creation, social media management, and event planning. They will collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and develop marketing plans that align with the company's growth strategy. The Director of Marketing will also monitor industry trends, conduct market research including BPO data, and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Generate Marketing Qulaifying Leads (MQL) to pass on the Sales Department
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives in the BPO world
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Create engaging and captivating content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms
- Plan and execute events, such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars for contact centers
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation efforts in the BPO world
- Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics to measure ROI and optimize marketing efforts for BPO clients
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- At least 10 years marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Must have at least 3 years experience in the Contact Center and/or BPO industry
- At least 5 years of experience with social media/paid marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
