Reporting to the US Chief Commercial Officer, the Sr. Director of National Accounts, will be a high visibility leader on the Krispy Kreme sales team and directly responsible for delivering sales and profitability targets, building strong customer relationships, and growing the business across all Walmart & Sam’s Club channels. Strategic thought leadership, superior account management, and strong commercial acumen combined with a bias for action will be key “recipe for success” ingredients in this role. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Develop and manage strategic planning of annual business while providing critical customer input into development of company go-to-market commercial strategies Establish strategic relationships with customer Director & VP/DMM level management and above. Anticipate competitive threats in marketplace while building core capabilities for the future. Full omnichannel commercial mindset delivering both B&M and digital/e-commerce growth. Develop key customer/channel strategy with enterprise mindset to deliver Krispy Kreme’s Business Plan. Help develop 3-year and annual operating plans to build a pipeline for key growth platforms. Lead coordination and development of JBP’s, Innovation summits, Strategic customer & commercial reviews with customer merchant/VP/DMM and internal C-Level audiences. Maintain operating budgets/sales forecasts, and manage the overall sales, including customer scorecards and tracking. Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights and Leadership to find the right solution to meet both Krispy Kreme’s and the Customers objectives. Continuously evaluate the skills and effectiveness of the Walmart sales team, and instill a culture of high performance, accountability, teamwork, and development to achieve our business goals and provide our people with opportunities to learn, grow and thrive.
