Position Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing JPMorgan Chase correspondence, processing commission payments, and assisting customer service with resolving customers' concerns. You will also be assisting our offshore BPO group. This role is integral to maintaining our financial integrity and supporting the Finance team in achieving its objectives. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and ensures accuracy in their processing.

Essential Functions

Manage JPMorgan Chase correspondence effectively. Process commission payments with precision and timeliness. Review and confirm the accuracy of system-generated policyholder refunds. Prepare and distribute invoices, verifying they comply with organizational policies and accurately reflect charges incurred. Reconcile receivable and disbursement subsidiary ledgers and provide regular settlements between billing systems. Process policyholder and agent’s deposits into the accounting system. Respond to inquiries from customers or clients and research and resolve concerns or discrepancies. Handle escalated queries by the BPO group.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma required; some college preferred 2-4 years’ experience in accounting and/or Accounts Receivable or a combination of relevant education and experience. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Solid understanding of insurance consumer premium receivables
