Senior Business Development Representative

The Senior Business Development Representative (SBDR) participates in a team sales environment working within an assigned geographic and or industry vertical territory. In this sales business development role, the SBDR will generate incremental pipeline and revenue through phone-based qualification of both in-bound leads/contacts and outbound targeted marketing campaigns by qualifying their level of desire and need to acquire statistical analysis software products and services. In addition, the SBDR will facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects that need to be nurtured over time prior to qualification as an active sales opportunity within their assigned territory. Through continuous training and sales coaching, the SBDR will have the opportunity to grow into either an Enterprise BDR role or an Account Manager inside sales role where they can develop and manage customers/prospects directly and generate bookings and revenue growth.

Experience: 1-2 years prior experience in similar BDR roles or other Customer facing roles. Proven track record of performance as a Minitab Business Development representative for 1+ years.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate College/technical degree required.

Career Path: Following successful performance, this position may be considered for promotion to the role of Enterprise Business Development Representative or Account Manager.
