Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of both GAAP and non-GAAP accounting principles, aiming to grasp the complexities and interdependencies of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Assume responsibility for designated areas, including the review and posting of financial transactions. Provide valuable insights into trends, risks, and discrepancies. Develop and enhance accounting processes to promote efficiency and precision. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Compliance and Standards: Maintain a robust understanding of and adherence to corporate, legal, and local accounting regulations. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in alignment with various accounting standards. Oversee and document intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing considerations. Create and sustain necessary supporting documentation and reconciliations.
  • Research and Compliance: Support the research of accounting standards and requirements for potential business expansion. Collaborate with Human Resources and Legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and employer record-keeping obligations. Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in both public and private sectors preferred.
  • Experience in international business is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is required.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as necessary; travel is expected to be less than 10%.
