Description

We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can follow a sales strategy and build and expand client relationships to achieve sales goals. You'll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new clients and current customers. Responsibilities

•Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently
•Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
•Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
•Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
•Grow and maintain customer relationships
•Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)
•Company sales meetings
•Follow all company outside sales representative duties
•Set appointments
•Sales talk and objection handler mastery
•Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
•Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
•Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
•Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
•Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
•Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
•Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
•Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
•Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
•Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities

Qualifications

•Proven track record in sales

•21 years of age or older
•Goal oriented

•Good first impression with people
•Teamwork experience
•Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
•You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
•Proven track record in sales
•2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
•High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
•At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
•Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
•High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
•Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
•A consistent top performer in sales
